What Data We Collect on roda

During deposit and withdrawal, we collect payment method details. If you use DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment, we receive a transaction confirmation and account holder name from that wallet provider. If you use e-wallet or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), we collect your bank account number and registered account name.

On roda, we also log your device information (IP address, browser type, operating system) and account activity (login times, wager history, deposit and withdrawal records). This data is collected automatically when you access roda via Android app or iOS browser.

We do not collect location data, microphone access, or camera access unless you explicitly grant permission. We do not track your browsing outside of roda.

How We Use Your Data on roda

Third-Party Data Processors and roda Partners

Data Retention on roda

We retain your identity documents and KYC verification records for the duration of your roda account plus seven years after closure. This retention period complies with anti-money-laundering and tax reporting requirements in jurisdictions where we operate.

Your deposit and withdrawal transaction history remains in your roda account indefinitely for your reference and for audit purposes. We do not delete transaction records even after account closure.

Device logs and login history are retained for one year on roda servers and then archived. If you request account deletion, we remove your email and personal name from active systems but retain anonymised transaction data as required by law.

Your Rights Under Our roda Privacy Policy
